These Terms of Use shall apply for all forms of application of this online-service. In case, supplementary terms shall apply they shall be mentioned on the relevant site. The imposer of these Terms of Use reserves the right to alter the Terms of Use at any time. The user of this service accepts the Terms of Use, value at the time, by using the service.
1. Content of this online-service
The imposer of these Terms of Use does not guarantee and is not liable for the up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness and quality of the information given and the content of this online-service. Claims against the imposer which refer to damages of ideal or material kind and which were caused by using and/or not using the information given here or by using incorrect and/or incomplete information respectively are excluded as a general rule, if there is no provable negligent or gross negligent fault on imposer´s side. Imposer reserves explicitly the right, to alter, to supplement or to delete parts of these sites or the whole appearance or to stop the release temporary or forever without notice.
2. Links
In spite of careful control imposer herewith refrains explicitly from the content of all linked sites that were altered after the link was made. This statement also applies for all links made within imposer´s own internet-offer as well as for entries of third parties in guestbooks, chat rooms or mailing lists that imposer established. Only the supplier of the internet-site is liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and especially for damages that result from using or not using such given information to which the link was made and not the one on which internet-site the link was made.

6. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, as far as permitted by law.
